PAYMENT

PayPal & Credit Card
The standard method of payments on mamado are made via PayPal or Credit Card. Once the payment has been made the customer will receive an automatic receipt and within one day a personalized email with shipping information.

Money Transfer
In order to make a payment via bank transfer you need to call in or email your order instead of placing an order online. The customer will receive an invoice per email and the payment must be made in full and received within seven (7) days after the order has been placed. Once the payment has been received the customer will receive a personalised email with shipping information. 

Special Orders
As these items are specially made a 50% prepayment needs to be made. The remaining 50% will be paid when product is finished.

Customers outside the Netherlands – use the following information:

ORDERNG PROCEDURE

  • note that all orders are dealt with on an individual basis
  • orders will not be shipped before mamado has received the payment in full
  • for orders that are in stock we strive to deliver it within 7 working days
  • for special/personally made orders, the strive to deliver the items between 4 to 8 weeks. Here we have to take 4-6 weeks of production time into consideration.

If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we will see what the options are and if there will be any extra charges.

CUSTOMER PICK UP
You are welcome to pick up your order in person, this is free of charge.

THE NETHERLANDS
Parcels will be dispatched using PostNL.
Standard rate: € 9.50

EUROPE
Parcels will be dispatched using Parcelforce/UPS/DHL/DPD.
Standard rate: € 24.50

OUTSIDE EUROPE
Contact mamado before you make an order.

 

DAMAGE, COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE & RETURNING YOUR ORDER

DAMAGE
All items are packed with utmost care to avoid damage during shipment. If upon receipt something appears to be damaged, you should report this in writing with photos within 72 hours of receipt. Do not destroy or dispose any products even if it is faulty. Contact mamado to discuss the procedure. We will try and send replacement as soon as possible. If that is not possible you will receive a full refund. 

Are you not satisfied with your purchase?
* Feel free to send it back to mamado within seven (7) days after receiving your order.  The only condition is that the item/s is unused and undamaged and in its original packing. However, we would appreciate if you call or email us first. 

* This does not apply to orders that are specially made or personalised.

RETURN
Orders has to be returned in its original packaging with the invoice. The customer is responsible for packing, sending and paying for the return shipment.
Note that we are unable to refund the shipping cost of returning unsuitable items.
